The Tooth Fairy
I absolutely loved the tooth fairies from Hellboy. The idea that something we always regarded as charming can actually be mischievous and a little evil was fantastic.
I started Dragons & Daffodils Cakes in South Wales, UK in 1999, specialising in Wedding Cakes. I love teaching my regular weekly classes as well as travelling to teach day courses. I won the NIACE award for Best tutor in her area, and multiple awards for my wedding cakes, and was runner-up for Celebration cake maker at the Baking Industry Awards. I am an accredited demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild and I enjoy writing magazine tutorials. I began competing in 2014 and have since been awarded multiple gold medals for my cakes, sugar flowers and modelled figures at Cake International as well as Gold and Silver at Salon Culinaire and I am thrilled to have won best in class at both.
