The Beholder

Inspired by the Korean film ‘The Witch’, I envisioned a young girl with a beautiful, innocent face but born with extraordinary powers. Her hair is replaced with eerie, all-seeing eyes, transforming her into a creature of unsettling beauty. This contrast between purity and monstrosity is at the heart of the piece, inviting the viewer to confront the elegance hidden within darkness.

This piece was created using modelling chocolate and finished with hand-painted detailing and shading to enhance its depth and intensity.
