This saccharine sweet demon haunts my dreams but instead of giving me nightmares, it gives me sweet candy dreams as my inspiration.  I think almost every baker has been haunted by this sweet demon before.  I promise he won’t bite!

Jessica Phan is the owner of Phantastic Desserts – a custom cake studio located in Overland Park, KS.  I thoroughly enjoy creating one of a kind pieces for all special occasions and travel to participate/compete in national cake shows.
