F++++*K, ARRRRRRGH!!!!!, $H!TTTTTT, HELLLLLPPPP

Nightmares. Some people have generic ones, some people have very,  very specific ones. I’m the latter.

I’ve rather unexpectedly got to a place in life that I now call myself a trail runner. If there’s a mountain nearby I’ll be casing it looking for a route up or down. If there’s a park you’ll see me running through the trees instead of the pavement. If I’m on a beach I’ll be in the dunes running up and down.  Any surface other than concrete is my friend. But of course that means leaves, roots, rocks, gravel and mud are my normal running surface. Great fun until you trip or get your foot caught  and SNAP! you’ve broken your leg. My worst nightmare. As I hurtle down a hill every root, burrow and pebble is a potential danger. But I suppose that excitement is kinda why I like it so much… Maybe a fear of your nightmare can be a good thing?
