Surfer boy pizza

Pepperoni and olive surfer boy pizza. Made with Renshaw sugarpaste. I had fun blow torching the ‘pepperoni’. The melted ‘mozarella’ is white chocolate and the grated cheese was made by grating a frozen piece of coloured renshaw sugarpaste. The pizza ‘dough’ was airbrushed using my Clairella cakes airbrush to give that baked look.
