Bram Stoker, the author of Dracula, was born and raised around the corner from my house, and I just happen to possess a coffin, so I put 2+2 together…
Paul has been decorating cakes for over 25 years. He has won many awards and loves to collaborate with other decorators from around the world. He operates from a purpose built kitchen in Dublin city. Paul loves to push the boundaries of cake and is fairly sure this is the first time anybody has presented a cake in an actual coffin! Whether or not anybody would choose to eat from it is another question…
