HOTHELL – CAKE RÉVOL

We are proud to present you our first E-MOTION CAKE for this incredible collaboration. Our E-MOTION CAKE (also called Cake Mapping) is video projection on a cake to animated it. A complicated technique but it brings a lot of spectacular! It promises full of new creative possibilities!!

Our idea was to realize an HOTEL of hell because we like scary house and also all was combined to success our first try of video projection on cake. As architects, we built a manor house with fondant then created videos of flames. We mixed the whole to obtain this alive cake.

We are two cake designers based in Nantes, France. Sébastien,32 (Graphist) and Jonathan,31 (Pastry cook) started sugarcraft together 4 years ago. We try to make cakes unique and different, it’s very important for us to create art. We also give some classes to share with the others our passion and technics, like the “Flat design” it’s very representative of our work.
