“Pennywise, The Dancing Clown”
My spooky piece is inspired by 2017 version of Pennywise The Dancing Clown, played by actor Bill Skarsgard in the huge blockbuster movie “IT”. As a horror movie fan and most of all as a King’s books eater, I am crazy in love with Pennywise and I could not do but give a sugar life to this creepy and deeply disturbing character. It has a rice krispies structure and is completely modelled using sugarpaste. Both face and body are handpainted. “Can you smell the circus, Georgie? There’s peanuts… cotton candy… hot dogs… and…”
