My name is Adelina Baicu, I’m a cake artist based in Milan, Italy.

I love making celebration cakes but my biggest passion is modeling and sculpting and I enjoy trying out new techniques and challenging my limits whenever I get the chance to.
And that’s exactly what I did with my piece “BUY OR DIE” for The Sugar Spooks Collaboration, stepped out of my comfort zone and faced my fears with a wide smile, just like my character, the contortionist ticket seller. She’s completely terrified by all the creatures inside this year’s Carnevil but found a clever way to keep smiling and attract lots of visitors in her trap. So, by all means, do take a tour and don’t forget to wear your smile :).
